研究采用反相高效液相色谱法C18柱,同时测定3羟基2萘甲酸和2萘酚,甲醇∶水=70∶30(体积比)为流动相,检测波长为225nm。3羟基2萘甲酸和2萘酚的相对标准偏差分别为0.6%、0.7%,回收率分别为100.4%～102.0%、97.50%～99.08%
Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography C18 column was used to determine 3-hydroxy 2naphthoic acid and 2-naphthol simultaneously. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water = 70:30 (volume ratio) with a detection wavelength of 225 nm. The relative standard deviations of 3-hydroxy 2-naphthoic acid and 2-naphthol were 0.6% and 0.7%, respectively. The recoveries were 100.4% -102.0% and 97.50% -99.08%
