以氧化铝和硅胶为崔化剂(载体),用于羧酸酰氯化反应其效果是显著的。本文在此工作基础上以庚酸和三氯化磷进行酰氯化反应来评价自制的氧化铝和硅胶的活性,找出影响反应活性的主要因素和制备活性氧化铝和硅胶的最佳条件。由实验结果表明,除氧化铝、硅胶的表面积、孔容、孔结构等因素影响酰氯化反应活性外,它们的酸度是影响酰氯化活性的重要因素,随着氧化铝和硅胶酸度的增加,其酰氯化活性也按顺序增加,而两者的酸度又决定于它们的制备方法和活化温度。按本文所述的制备方法,其活化温度在450~600℃较佳。
With aluminum oxide and silica gel as a chelating agent (carrier) for the carboxylic acid chloride reaction its effect is significant. In this work, based on this work, heptanoic acid and phosphorus trichloride were used to evaluate the activity of self-made alumina and silica gel. The main factors affecting the reaction and the optimum conditions for the preparation of activated alumina and silica gel were found out. The experimental results show that their acidity is an important factor affecting the acid chlorination activity, except for the influence of the surface area, pore volume, pore structure and other factors on the chlorination reaction activity of alumina and silica gel. As the acidity of alumina and silica gel increases, Acyl chloride activity also increases sequentially, and the acidity of both depends on their method of preparation and activation temperature. According to the preparation method described herein, the activation temperature is preferably from 450 to 600 ° C.
