谈到中国面临的机遇与挑战,中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所副所长、研究员李向阳认为,第一,经济全球化虽然曲折,但总体发展的大趋势为中国的对外开放乃至和平崛起创造了一个良好的外部条件。第二,从经济增长来看,在未来一段时间全球经济还能维持中速乃至中速以上的经济增长,这为我们2020年以前实现全面小康的目标,实现两个市场两种要素的结合创造了条件。
