素质教育是当今学校体育急需探索和解决的课题。为了实现学校体育由“应试教育”向“素质教育”转轨,应在深刻了解应试教育的表现、弊端及学校体育素质教育内涵的基础上,全面转变教学观念,确定树立怎样的观念体系,并找出学校体育素质教育的可行方法。
Quality education is the urgent task of school sports to explore and solve. In order to realize the transformation of school physical education from “exam-oriented education ” to “quality education ”, we should fully understand the concept of exam-oriented education, the defects and the connotation of school physical education, System, and find out the feasible method of physical education in school.
