在经济全球化的影响下,市场竞争日益激烈和残酷,当代企业面临着前所未有的压力和挑战。建设一支优秀的、高素质的员工队伍,是企业永葆活力,健康可持续发展的动力源泉。而做好员工的教育培训工作,是提高员工队伍整体素质的有效途径。笔者认为,当代企业应着力从培训观念、培训手段和培训机制上不断创新,注重提高培训质量和效果,走一条适合企业自身特点的员工教育培训之路。
Under the influence of economic globalization, the market is increasingly fierce and cruel. Contemporary enterprises are facing unprecedented pressures and challenges. Building an excellent, high-quality workforce is the motive force for enterprises to maintain their vitality and healthy and sustainable development. And doing a good job of employee education and training work, is to improve the overall quality of the workforce an effective way. The author believes that contemporary enterprises should focus on innovation from the training concept, training methods and training mechanisms, pay attention to improving the quality and effectiveness of training, and take a road suitable for their own characteristics of employee education and training.
