为了提高传动轴临界转速 ,要求提高传动轴管两端口尺寸精度 ,若采用传统的无芯棒缩径工艺已无法保证制造精度。本文提出一种有芯棒精密缩径开式挤压工艺 ,并应用上限理论计算方法可准确预示挤压力 ,合理设计出凹模及芯棒几何尺寸。经过上限理论分析及实验 ,得出最佳模角α=12°,最佳轴管外径 Rf=6 4.2 mm ,挤压前对轴管进行磷化皂化处理最为理想。
In order to improve the critical speed of the transmission shaft, it is required to improve the dimensional accuracy of the two ports of the transmission shaft tube. If the traditional coreless diameter reduction process is used, the manufacturing precision can not be guaranteed. In this paper, we propose a precision shrinking open mandrel with an extrusion process, and applying the upper bound theoretical calculation method can accurately predict the extrusion pressure, reasonable design of the die and mandrel geometry. Through theoretical analysis and experiment of upper limit, the optimal mode angle α = 12 ° and the optimum outer diameter of shaft pipe Rf = 6 4.2 mm are obtained. It is most ideal for the phosphating and saponification of the shaft pipe before extrusion.
