国际关系理论与国际法学均以探索国际治理的机制为核心,是国际事务研究的重要学科。随着国际事务研究议题范围与层次的广化与深化,双方学者意图在两门学科间建立桥梁,倡导两者进行学科间的整合、交往、合作与耦合,使两者皆能运用对方的理论知识以便更加深入地探析国际事务中法律与政治之间的联结。首先,本文探讨国际关系与国际法之间实为一体两面的互利本质关系;其次,论述建桥计划的目的与途径,以及对建桥计划的质疑。最后,以评论建桥计划作为本文之结论。
Both international relations theory and international jurisprudence center on the mechanism of exploring international governance and are important disciplines in the study of international affairs. With the widening and deepening of the scope and level of research on international affairs, scholars from both sides intend to establish a bridge between the two disciplines and promote the integration, interaction, cooperation and coupling of the two disciplines so that both can use each other’s theories Knowledge in order to explore more deeply the link between law and politics in international affairs. First of all, this article explores the essence of mutually beneficial relations between international relations and international law. Secondly, it discusses the purpose and approach of bridge construction plan as well as the question of bridge construction plan. Finally, the paper reviews the bridge construction plan as a conclusion.
