我们目前使用的《运动生理学》教材,是经过不少同仁总结了教学中的有益经验,集体努力而编写的。教材根据培养目标的需要在基础理论、基本知识和基本技能等方面,比过去所编教材有了很大的改进与提高。但在与学生交谈以及自己的教学实践中发现,仍有些不足之处:1)普通生理学的内容所占篇幅较多,而且有些基础理论难以理解,即使当时明白了,很快又会忘记,而且与运动实践关系不大,如神经肌肉的电变化。2)有些内容太抽象,如泛化、分化、正负诱导等内容。3)联系运动实际不够,往往听到最需要的章节,却没有
