1环境卫生工作面临的问题①档案建设不规范:从12个县(市)整体看无论是公共场所、饮水卫生、化妆品卫生基层单位档案,还是全年体检、培训、监测等专项档案存在的共同问题是很难反映出当年乃至3年内的监督、监测、体检、培训等情况,因此也就很难反映出上述工作完成的质量,而且大部分县(市)站无上述项目的汇总档案或只汇总了其中的一部分材料,但没有做系统的统计,因此无法核实其监测率、监督率、体检率、培训率等各项工作指标.
