用增容剂和聚乙二醇(PEG)改善聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)与氯丁橡胶(CR)的界面相容性,将吸水树脂PAAS与CR共混制备吸水膨胀橡胶。通过测定吸水性能和力学性能研究各因素对橡胶性能的影响规律。结果表明体系中加入适量甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的烷烃共聚物、PEG、CaCO3及γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)均有利于提高橡胶的吸水膨胀性能和力学性能。扫描电镜(SEM)表明,吸水树脂在橡胶网络中分散比较均匀,界面相容性好。
The interfacial compatibility between polyacrylate sodium (PAAS) and neoprene (CR) was improved by compatibilizer and polyethylene glycol (PEG), and the water-absorbing resin PAAS was blended with CR to prepare water-swellable rubber.
