近年来,我市把发展民营经济作为全市经济工作的重中之重来抓,以园区建设为载体,积极开展招商引资,全市民营经济有了较快发展。去年,全市民营经济实现营业收入137.8亿元,比上年增长67.8%;实现利税13亿元,比上年增长57.4%;完成增加值31.5亿元,比上年增长63%。截止今年4月份,我市个体工商户已达53032户,民营企业1749家,从业人员达21万人。一、落实三项措施,营造民营经济良好发展环境
