随着现代企业制度的逐步建立,股份制企业将会越来越多,研究探索股份制企业党组织参与重大问题决策的途径,具有重要的现实意义。途径多种多样,我仅就把握参与的环节和方式,谈谈自己的想法。 股份制企业党组织参与重大问题决策,具体应体现在三个环节上,这就是决策前的调查研究工作,决策中的积极建议工作,以及决策后的协助实施工作。以把握三个环节为基础,参与重大问题决策。
With the gradual establishment of a modern enterprise system, there will be more and more shareholding enterprises. It is of great practical significance to study and explore the ways in which joint-stock enterprise party organizations can participate in decision-making on major issues. A variety of ways, I just take part in the participation and ways to talk about their own ideas. The participation of the party organizations of joint-stock enterprises in decision-making on major issues should be embodied in three aspects: investigation and research before decision-making, active suggestions in decision-making, and assistance in implementation after decision-making. To grasp the three links as the basis, to participate in major issues decision-making.
