据日本《电气制钢》1990年第四期报导,电磁焊接是一种类似于爆炸焊接的高能率焊接方法,但比爆炸焊接更加安全可靠。它是利用由线圈感应产生的脉冲电磁压力进行焊接的。这种方法适合于焊接直径较小的铝、铜和其它金属管。 由日本三重大学研究的电磁焊接使用的电源是容量为500μF,耐压电压为10kV的电容器组。
According to Japan’s “Electric Steel” No. 4 in 1990 reported that electromagnetic welding is similar to the explosive welding of high-energy-rate welding method, but more secure than the explosive welding. It is the use of induction by the coil generated by electromagnetic pulse pressure welding. This method is suitable for welding smaller diameter aluminum, copper and other metal tubes. The power used for electromagnetic welding studied by Japan’s Mie University is a capacitor bank with a capacity of 500μF and a withstand voltage of 10kV.
