目的:探讨131I-OIH监测肾功能损害的价值。方法:回顾性分析我科的2例肿瘤化疗后患者的临床资料,并对相关文献进行复习。结果:这两例化疗后患者血BUN、SCr、β2-MG正常,骨显像均有双肾影增浓现象,99m Tc-DTPA肾动态显像GFR基本正常,而131I-OIH肾图检查却显示有轻度肾功能损害。结论:肿瘤患者化疗后以肾小管功能受损为主,131I-OIH肾图检查较肾功能血清学指标及99m Tc-DTPA肾小球滤过功能敏感。
Objective: To investigate the value of 131I-OIH in detecting renal dysfunction. Methods: The clinical data of 2 patients after chemotherapy in our department were retrospectively analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results: The BUN, SCr and β2-MG were normal in both patients after chemotherapy, and bilateral renal thickening was observed in both bone imaging and GFR in 99m Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging. The 131I-OIH renal mapping Showed mild renal impairment. CONCLUSIONS: The renal function of the tumor patients is mainly damaged after chemotherapy. The 131I-OIH nephrogram is more sensitive than the renal function and 99m Tc-DTPA glomerular filtration.
