以福建柏为实验材料， 从多方面探讨提取高纯度、大分子量模板 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 的最佳处理方法， 进而总结出一般植物模板 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 提取的关键步骤。
Taking Fokienia hodginsii as experimental material, the best treatment method of extracting high purity and large molecular weight template D N A was explored in many aspects, and then the key steps of D N A extraction of common plant templates were summarized.
