干部教育培训工作,是中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分。在当前和今后一个时期,各级党校要完成好干部教育培训的工作任务,为提高干部队伍素质提供保障,找准制约提升领导干部科学发展能力的关键问题,探索提升领导干部执政能力的新途径,把握干部教育培训工作的特点和规律,大力抓好干部教育培训工作。
