1 概况滑县位于河南省北部,安阳市东南部,黄河与卫河之间,总面积1814km~2,大部分地区属于黄河支流金堤河流域,其面积1762km~2,占全县总面积97%,西部和北部边界地带属于海河支流卫河流域,面积52km~2,占全县总面积3%。该县属亚热带季风型大陆性气候,半湿润易干旱(年平均干旱指数1.8),多年平均降雨量630mm。其降雨特点,一是年际变化大,二是年内分布不匀。最大与最小年降雨量相差690mm;多年平均主汛
