本品系由菊科植物红花Carlhamus tinc-torius L,果实中提取的红花油加芳香开窍剂及维生素E等制成的中西药复方制剂。红花油为棕红色的澄清油状液体,对咽喉有辛辣刺激感,溶于乙醇、乙醚,不溶于水。本品为椭圆形棕红色软胶囊。中药红花具有破瘀生新、活血止痛、消肿通经的功效。河南省周口地区第一制药厂在河南省药品检验所的协作下,根据祖国医学的基本理论,对本品进行了研究试制。经药理和临床研究,表明本品用于高血脂症等患者的治疗,达到了满意的预期疗效,于1982年通过了鉴定。药理作用:红花油中含有亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸等人体必需的脂肪酸。动物试验表明红花油是一种较好的去胆固醇的药物,每日口服1g/kg,对高胆固醇血症的家兔可降低血清中总胆固醇、总脂、甘油三酯及游离脂肪酸的
This product is a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicines made from comfrey Carlhamus tinc-torius L, safflower oil plus aroma reductants and vitamin E extracted from fruits. Safflower oil is a brown, red, clear, oily liquid that is spicy and irritating to the throat, soluble in alcohol and ether and insoluble in water. This product is oval red brown soft capsules. The traditional Chinese medicine safflower has the effect of breaking the axillary new, activating blood circulation, relieving pain and swelling. The first pharmaceutical factory in Zhoukou District, Henan Province, under the cooperation of the Henan Provincial Institute of Drug Control, conducted a trial production of this product based on the basic theory of the motherland medicine. The pharmacological and clinical studies have shown that this product is used for the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia and achieves a satisfactory expected therapeutic effect.
