本文回顾了我国图书情报自动化的发展成就,在充分肯定自动化是图书情报事业发展的必由之路的前提下,对于目前图书情报工作中所存在的问题进行了多方面的具体分析。在此基础上,提出了积极稳妥地实现图书情报自动化的建议,呼吁要加强宏观领导、合理规划布局;从国情出发,以提高经济效益为前提;加强有关用户需求方面问题的研究;提高图书情报队伍的素质和改善其知识结构;切实在思想上和实践中处理好图书情报工作从传统方式向自动化、现代化的过渡问题。
This paper reviews the achievements of library and information automation in our country. Fully affirming that automation is the necessary way for the development of library and information science, this paper analyzes the existing problems in library and information work in many aspects. On this basis, the author puts forward the suggestion of actively and steadily realizing the automation of library information, calls for strengthening the macro-leadership and rational planning of the layout; starting from the national conditions, taking economic benefits as the precondition; strengthening the research on the user’s needs; The quality of the ranks and the improvement of their knowledge structure; and the effective handling of the transition of library and information work from the traditional mode to the automation and modernization both ideologically and in practice.
