随着医疗卫生体制的改革,医院政工队伍建设作出现了很多新问题,在这种情况下,必须加大医院政工队伍建设力度,从而全面提升医院政工队伍的业务素养和政治水平。
With the reform of the medical and health system, there are many new problems in the construction of the hospital’s contingent of political workers. Under such circumstances, we must increase the construction of the hospital’s contingent of political workers so as to raise the professional and political level of the hospital’s political workforce in an all-round way.
