彪炳史册的诤臣关龙逄,是夏朝末年大臣,运城市安邑人,关氏始祖,因忠谏而被夏朝末代君王桀所杀,葬于安邑东北一公里处。(一)夏朝,建国于公元前21世纪,国都设在安邑,即今运城市安邑办事处。史载,夏朝是我国历史上夏后氏部落领袖禹建立的第一个奴隶制朝代,也是我国奴隶社会的开端。从此,打破了尧舜禅让的传统,实行“父传子,家天下”的世袭制度。
