有些人过去没资格享受驾车的快乐,比如残疾人、年龄超过60岁的老人,还有那些开不来手动挡领不了驾照的。此外,从申领驾照、车辆报牌到驾照年检、车辆年检,一趟趟地跑交管部门,也足以把人烦透。现在可好了,从9月1日起,公安部的30条便民措施中,有17条与驾车密切相关,放低了驾车者准入门槛,方便了年检办证。9月1日,我省交警总队出台了《公安交通管理17项便民利民措施实施细则》(以下简称细则)。当天,全省就有475台新车报牌,比以往翻了一番,申请补证、换证的有2597人,也比平时多出许多。此外,有56人通过“八闽交警”网站(www.fjjj.gov.cn)办理相关手续,3名60岁以上老人和1名左下肢残疾人申领驾证,还有2人申领Z准驾车型。
