在我国,近年来对学校心理健康教育的研究十分活跃,它反映了我们各级各类学校的心理健康教育的蓬勃发展。在发达的国家或地区,随着生活和工作节奏的加快,应激状态的持续,竞争压力的增大,社会阅历的扩展和思维方式的变革,在工作、学习、生活、人际关系和自我意识等方面可能遇到心理失衡的现象,因而早就开始关注心理健康。我国过去许多地方温饱尚未得到根本解决,人们是顾不上什么心理健康问题的。现在,人们的物质生活得到较大改善,而改革开放又给人们的心理带来许多挑战。这就是为什么在我国心理健康教育过去没有而现在出现的主要原因。学生心理健康问题或心理行为问题并非现在才有,只不过今天的问题更为严重、更为突出罢了。因此,学校心理健康教育的研究和实践就更有其特殊的价值。

In our country, the food and clothing in many places in the past have not yet been fundamentally solved, and people are not obliged to take any mental health problems. Nowadays, people’s material life has been greatly improved, and the reform and opening up have brought many challenges to people’s psychology. This is the main reason why mental health education in our country did not appear in the past. Students’ mental health problems or psychological problems are not present, but the problems are even more serious and prominent. Therefore, the research and practice of school mental health education have more special value.
