在空气锤上锻造,常常需要用圆口或方口铁钳夹持锻件进行操作。而该种铁钳比较笨重,不仅劳动强度大,而且钳口根部易折断,既不安全又不方便。为此,我们自制了如图所示的四爪铁钳,用于夹持φ100mm圆钢或方钢,进行热切下料或延伸操作,使用轻巧方便,效果较好。锻造工艺1.选用低碳钢材料计算下料;2.加热后锻出钳把部分;3.头部压
