各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市工商行政管理局:《企业动产抵押物登记管理办法》(国家工商行政管理局令第35号,以下简称第35号令)发布以来,各地工商行政管理机关积极贯彻执行,做了大量卓有成效的工作,积累了一些经验,也提出了不少问题。为进一步规范抵押物登记管理工作,更好地执行第35号令,根据《中华人民共和国担保法》,现就抵押物登记管理中的一些问题提出如下意见:

In order to further standardize the registration and management of collateral and better implement Decree No. 35, in accordance with the Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China, the following opinions on the registration of collaterals are hereby put forward:
