当今我国医疗体制改革正处于攻坚阶段和发展关键时期,卫生系统长期积累的深层次问题逐步显现,各种思想文化相互激荡,矛盾也日益突出。增强针对性和实效性,保持思想政治工作强大的说服力、感染力和凝聚力,切实做好医护人员的思想工作,是医疗部门的思想政治工作者必须认真研究和探讨的问题。
At present, the reform of the medical system in our country is at a crucial stage of development and a crucial period for its development. The deep-seated problems long-accumulated in the health system have gradually emerged, and various ideologies and cultures have stirred up each other and contradictions have become increasingly prominent.
