贵阳地区1991～1995年出生缺陷平均发生率5．02‰。有出生缺陷围产儿死亡率482．49‰，无出生缺陷围产儿死亡率16.50‰，两者比较差异有显著意义（P＜0.001）。本文对124例有出生缺陷围产儿死亡有关因素进行了分析,提出了干预措施。
The average incidence of birth defects in Guiyang from 1991 to 1995 was 5.02 ‰. The mortality rate of perinatal with birth defects was 482.49 ‰ and that of non-birth defects was 16.50 ‰. There was significant difference between the two (P <0.001). In this paper, 124 cases of birth defects related to the death of perinatal factors were analyzed and the interventions were proposed.
