我国的公立医院承担着为我国公共卫生服务的主要社会职责。我国公立医院的管理体制是从计划经济体制下传承下来的。随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进,原本存在于公立医院中的管理体制上的弊端逐渐显现出来,存在与医院内部的深层次的矛盾也暴露无遗。因此,我国的医疗卫生体制改革势在必行。本文将就我国医院管理体制改革中的问题进行分析,并找出具体的对策。
Public hospitals in our country bear the main social responsibilities of serving public health in our country. China’s public hospital management system is inherited from the planned economy. With the continuous advancement of the medical and health system reform in our country, the malpractices in the management system originally existing in the public hospitals have gradually emerged, and the deep-seated conflicts with the hospital have also been exposed. Therefore, the medical and health system reform in our country is imperative. This article will analyze the problems in the reform of hospital management system in our country and find out the specific countermeasures.
