为了不断提高竞争能力和运动能力,所有的运动员都选择高强度、高负荷的训练来提高成绩。这些高强度、高负荷的训练超出人体正常的生理、心理承受能力,导致了疲劳。因此,在日常训练中,不仅要考虑到强度和训练水平,还要注意放松训练,即运动恢复。高强度的训练可以通过合理、有效的手段让受训者在短时间内恢复,以提高运动能力。人在工作或运动到一定程度时,个体的器官或系统的能力会出现暂时下降的现象,因此在艰苦的日常训练中需要严格、科学、全面地开展各方面的训练,运动后的恢复将成为教练员和运动员必须要解决的问题。
