研究反相高效液相色谱法分离和测定钒(Ⅴ)和钴(Ⅱ)的4-(2-噻唑偶氮)间苯二酚螯合物的诸条件;提出用液相色谱法同时测定这二个元素的新方法,并探讨了异离子对此新方法的影响、校正曲线的线性范围是0.05—5.0ppm钒(Ⅴ)和0.05—3.0ppm钴(Ⅱ);其绝对检出限(以信噪比=2:1计)分别是0.3和0.4ng。本法方已应用于实际样品中的钒和钴的测定。
The conditions for the separation and determination of 4- (2-thiazolylazo) resorcinol chelates of vanadium (Ⅴ) and cobalt (Ⅱ) by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography were studied. The simultaneous determination of (V) and 0.05-3.0ppm Cobalt (Ⅱ) in the calibration curve. The absolute detection limits (in terms of SNR = 2: 1) were 0.3 and 0.4 ng, respectively. The law has been applied to the determination of vanadium and cobalt in real samples.
