山东铝业公司特种材料厂精液泵应用变频器过程中,出现变频器不能上电的故障。通过对变频器的整流模块、逆变器 IGBT 模块、电感元件、变压器及电解电容等进行检测排查,最后确定是变频器中与滤波电容器并联的电阻损坏,致使滤波电容器损坏。由于每个电容器的电容量不可能绝对相同,尤其是电解电容器,其电容量的离散性较大,若干个电容器并联以后,2组电容器的电容量之间的差异比较明显。串联后,2个电容器组上的电压分配不均衡,解决方法是在2个电容器组的两端分别并联电阻值相
