构建了 3种融合了preS抗原决定簇的乙肝表面抗原 (HBsAg)的表达质粒 .在COS M6细胞中暂时表达的结果显示 ,在CMV启动子转录调控下融合基因表达的蛋白可以有效地分泌至细胞外 ,并且同时具有HBsAg ,preS1和 preS2抗原性 .带有 preS抗原决定簇顺序的质粒DNA直接免疫BALB/c小鼠后 ,能诱发小鼠产生抗S抗体 ,抗体滴度高于仅带有S基因的表达质粒 .带有 preS1抗原决定簇顺序的质粒还可以使小鼠产生较高滴度的 preS1抗体 ,而且preS1抗体的出现早于S抗体 .
