在修理太脱拉T815汽车后桥过程中,轮毂的拆装不仅劳动强度大,而且作业难。实践中我们制作了一个装卸工具,可以克服上述困难,提高工作效率。此工具制作工艺简单,非常适用于野外作业和机械加工能力不强的单位。 材料与制造:T815汽车中后桥轮毂圆螺母或者锁止螺母一个(内螺纹为M95×1.5),外径φ150mm、内径大于φ100mm的钢管一段(或者用T815汽车旧起动机外壳)和10~20mm厚钢板若干块。
In the process of repairing Trattoria T815 automobile rear axle, the disassembly and assembly of the hub is not only labor intensive, but also difficult to operate.
