随着现代教育模式的多元化,近些年私人民办高职院校大数量增加,我国的高等教育已步入了大众化的阶段,民办高职院校的学生就业压力更是雪上加霜。随着毕业生的增多,出现几十个人竞争一个岗位的现象,就业难度相当之大。这给还未找到工作的高职学生造成了极大的心理压力,自信心受到严重的打击,对自己现阶段所学的知识产生深度的怀疑。为缓解高校存在的这一系列问题,引导民办高职学生树立正确的就业观十分必要。
With the diversification of modern educational modes, the number of private non-governmental higher vocational colleges has increased in recent years. Higher education in our country has entered a stage of popularization. The employment pressure of private higher vocational colleges is even worse. With the increase of graduates, there are dozens of people competing for a position, the employment difficulty is quite large. This has caused great psychological pressure on the vocational students who have not yet found a job. Their self-confidence has been severely hit and their doubts about what they have learned so far have been profoundly questioned. In order to alleviate this series of problems existing in colleges and universities, it is very necessary to guide private higher vocational students to establish a correct employment concept.
