马氏机构在组合机床回转工作台的间歇回转装置中得到了广泛的应用。随着回转工作台转位速度的定位精度的提高,对马氏机构中的工作也提出了更高的要求。在研究马氏机构的工作时,必须知道作用于槽上的圆周力。由于花盘回转时,主动销的滚子与槽的板条在不同的点上接触,所以,测量这个参数有一定的困难。 哈尔科夫组合机床专业设计局为了综合研究回转工作台的工作,研制了能足够精确地测量作用在马氏槽盘板条上圆周力的装置。图1为板条固定在这个装置中的情况。马氏槽盘板
