波形钢腹板组合梁是一种新型的钢-混凝土组合结构,在国内外的箱梁桥中得到广泛应用。为了推广该结构在T梁中的应用,结合交通运输部40 m跨径预应力混凝土连续T梁桥上部结构通用设计图,提出了40 m跨径波形钢腹板连续组合T梁设计方案,并进行了详细的结构分析计算,得到了波形钢腹板组合T梁的关键技术和经济性指标,并在技术、施工、经济等多方面与传统预应力混凝土连续T梁进行了对比。结果表明:与混凝土T梁相比,波形钢腹板组合T梁具有较大的技术和经济优势,可以推广应用。组合T梁设计方案与分析结果可供桥梁技术人员在今后类似工程中采用,具有很好的借鉴和指导意义。
Corrugated steel web composite beam is a new type of steel-concrete composite structure, which is widely used in domestic and foreign box girder bridges. In order to promote the application of this structure in T-beam, a design scheme of 40m-span continuous corrugated steel web continuous T-beam was proposed based on the general design of the superstructure of 40m span prestressed concrete continuous T-beam bridge of Ministry of Transport The detailed structural analysis and calculation are carried out, and the key technology and economic index of the corrugated steel web combined T-beam are obtained. The comparison is made with the traditional prestressed concrete continuous T-beam in terms of technology, construction and economy. The results show that compared with the concrete T-beam, the corrugated steel web-combined T-beam has great technical and economic advantages and can be widely applied. Combination of T beam design and analysis results for bridge technicians in similar projects in the future to use, with good reference and guidance.
