以热蒸汽致伤的重度呼吸道烧伤犬,其伤后早期血清补体急速下降;2小时达最低水平时仅及伤前的83~84%,可利用此实验模型探讨补体水平下降的机理。用固相 K-ELISA 和PEG 沉淀两种测试方法,测得早在伤后 5分钟来自肺循环的左心血中,已出现能激活补体的大分子物质。这可能是导致补体水平下降的原因之一。对该物质的性质进行了初步分析。
Severe airway trauma dogs injured by hot steam had a sharp drop of serum complement in the early stage of injury, and reached 83-84% at the lowest level at 2 hours. This mechanism can be used to explore the mechanism of the decline of complement level. Both solid-phase K-ELISA and PEG precipitation methods were used to measure the presence of macromolecules that activate complement in early left ventricular blood from the pulmonary circulation 5 minutes after injury. This may be one of the reasons for the decline in complement levels. The nature of the material carried out a preliminary analysis.
