应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对高要产广藿香茎和叶中挥发油成分进行了分析,从茎油中分离出107个色谱峰,鉴定了52个化合物,占总量的78.83%;从叶油中分离出50个色谱峰,鉴定了36个化合物,占总量的96.95%。茎和叶油中主要含广藿香酮(分别为30.99%和21.31%)、广藿香醇(10.26%和37.53%)反式-丁香烯(4.92%和6.75%)、α-愈创木稀(2.27%和6.18%)、反式,反式-法呢醛(2.04%和1.40%)、α-广藿香烯(1.13%和2.71%)、刺蕊草烯(1.56%和1.99%)等。茎与叶挥发油中亦存在一些差异:茎中有27个成分是叶中没有或含量极微而未能检出,叶中亦有11个成分是茎中不具有的。
The chemical constituents of the volatile oil in the stems and leaves of the high-yield Patchouli stem were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). 107 peaks were separated from the stem oil and 52 compounds were identified, accounting for 78.83% of the total. Fifty chromatographic peaks were isolated from leaf oil and 36 compounds were identified, accounting for 96.95% of the total. The stem and leaf oils mainly contained patchoulenone (30.99% and 21.31%, respectively), patchoulol (10.26% and 37.53%), trans-caryophyllene (4.92% and 6.75% (2.27% and 6.18%), trans, trans-farnesene (2.04% and 1.40%), α-patchoulen ethers (1.13% and 2.71% Wait. There are also some differences between the volatile oil in stems and leaves: there are 27 components in the stem which are not detected or not detected in the leaves, and 11 components in the leaves are not found in the stem.
