采用WCl_6—Et_3Al_2Cl_3体系,进行了环戊烯开环聚合实验,初步确认2,3,4,6—四氯苯酚(或五氯苯酚)是一种高效活化剂。用WCl_6—Et_3Al-2Cl_3—四氯苯酚体系对环戊烯在甲苯溶剂中的聚合规律进行了研究,确定了较适宜的聚合条件。即WCl_6的用量为(2~3)×10~(-6)克分子/克单体,A/W克分子比(A代麦活化剂)为0.5,Al/W克分子比为1.0,丁烯-1/W克分子比为2—3,聚合温度为0℃,单体浓度20%,加料顺序为W—A—Al,聚合时间为1—2小时,转化率可达80—90%,[η]可控制在2.0—3.0分升/克的范围内。在实验的聚合温度范围内,聚合物的链节以反式结构为主。
Using WCl_6-Et_3Al_2Cl_3 system, the ring-opening polymerization of cyclopentene was carried out. It was initially confirmed that 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenol (or pentachlorophenol) is a highly efficient activator. The polymerization rules of cyclopentene in toluene solvent were studied by WCl_6-Et_3Al-2Cl_3-tetrachlorophenol system, and the more suitable polymerization conditions were determined. That is, the amount of WCl_6 was (2 ~ 3) × 10 ~ (-6) mol / g, the ratio of A / W molar ratio was 0.5 and the molar ratio of Al to W was 1.0. The molar ratio of ethylene / 1 to W is 2-3, the polymerization temperature is 0 ° C, the monomer concentration is 20%, the feeding order is W-A-Al, the polymerization time is 1-2 hours, the conversion rate can reach 80-90% , [η] can be controlled in the range of 2.0-3.0 dl / g. Within the experimental polymerization temperature range, the polymer chain links dominated by the trans structure.
