利用超声震荡在有机溶剂中制备了薄层的二硫化钼(MoS2)二维层状材料,使用振动样品磁强计测量了其磁性,分析了其弱的铁磁性的来源。
A thin layer of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) two-dimensional layered material was prepared by ultrasonic vibration in organic solvent. The magnetism was measured by vibrating sample magnetometer, and the source of its weak ferromagnetism was analyzed.
