卧龙湖煤矿首采103工作面采用普采工艺进行回采,全部垮落法管理顶板。为提高采出率,缓解采掘接替紧张等问题,采用快速留巷巷旁充填技术进行沿空留巷。因此,从快速留巷巷旁充填设计与充填工艺两方面介绍该矿普采工作面快速留巷巷旁充填技术的应用,并对留巷效果进行观测。结果表明:留巷稳定后,巷道平均宽度3.5 m以上,巷道平均高度约为2.7 m,实现留巷断面8.0 m2以上,满足了工作面安全生产的需要。
The first mining Wolonghu coal mine face 103 using general mining process for mining, all roof collapse management law. In order to improve the recovery rate and alleviate the problems such as the mining taking over, the fast laneway filling technology is used to carry out roadway clearance. Therefore, this paper introduces the application of filling technology beside laneways in the fully-mechanized caving face of the mine from two aspects of laneway filling design and filling technology in fast retaining lane, and observes the effect of retaining laneway. The results show that the average width of the roadway is 3.5 m or more and the average height of the roadway is about 2.7 m after the stability of the roadway is maintained. The section of the roadway retained above 8.0 m2 meets the requirements of safe production at the working face.
