我们遇到一例肾盂多发巨大结石合并管状、乳头状癌病例,因其CT表现特殊,易致漏诊,特报道如下: 患者,女,49岁。因左上腹疼、伴血尿一月余入院。 B超:左肾9.9×17.6cm大小,轮廓欠清,内部见6.6×8.2cm液性暗区,其内见强光团,诊断左肾多发结石,并大量积液(脓性)。X线腹部平片,左上腹见4×5cm大小巨型结石,其下有5个大小不一类圆型结石
We encountered a case of massive pyelonephrosis with tubular, papillary carcinoma cases, because of its CT performance is particularly prone to cause missed diagnosis, especially reported as follows: patients, female, 49 years old. Left upper abdominal pain, with hematuria more than one month admitted to hospital. B super: left kidney 9.9 × 17.6cm size, lack of outline, internal see 6.6 × 8.2cm liquid dark area, which see the light group, the diagnosis of multiple left kidney stones, and a large amount of fluid (purulent). X-ray abdominal plain film, see the left upper quadrant size 4 × 5cm giant stones, there are 5 different sizes of round stones
