上海市模具技术开发中心是一个模具行业综合性服务企业,经上海市经济委员会批准宣告成立。成立大会在交通大学举行,上海市经委主任李家镐、上海市经委副总工程师王林鹤、新技术开发处处长王在、上海交通大学阮雪榆教授以及上海市工业技术发展基金会副经理黄秉钺等领导同志到会。会上,李家镐、王林鹤、王在、阮雪榆等讲了话。全体董事对上海市模具技术开发中心章程进行了认真的讨论,最后一致通过了章程和董事会金体成员名单,并一致同意阮雪榆为名誊董事长,王在为董事长。会议期间,还参观了上海模具技术研究所。
Shanghai Mold Technology Development Center is a comprehensive mold industry service enterprises, approved by the Shanghai Economic Commission was announced. Wang Jiahe, deputy chief engineer of Shanghai Economic Commission, Wang Zai, director of New Technology Development Department, Professor Ruan Xueyu from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Huang Bing-tao, deputy manager of Shanghai Industrial Technology Development Foundation, attended the founding conference at Jiaotong University meeting. At the meeting, Li Ka-ho, Wang Linhe, Wang, Ruan Xueyu and other spoke. All directors seriously discussed the constitution of Shanghai Mold Technology Development Center and finally unanimously approved the list of articles of association and the members of the Board Gold Body and unanimously agreed that Ruan Xueyu was the chairman of the board and Wang Zhaowei was the chairman of the board. During the meeting, also visited the Shanghai Institute of mold technology.
