亚硝酸盐是一种潜在的致癌物质,它可以和人体内存在的仲胺类物质反应生成诱癌剂-亚硝胺。目前,亚硝酸盐的标准测定法为光度法、还有萃取光度法、荧光法等。光度法的灵敏度低、干扰大,对有色水样测定有一定的困难。而荧光法测定灵敏度比前二者要高二个数量级,且选择性也较好。本文采用在盐酸介质中使NO_2~-与邻氨基苯酚进行重氮化反应,再与间苯二酚偶联,然后与Ga~(3+)形成荧光物质,由此而测得NO_2~-的含量。方法的灵敏度高,检出限可达0.004μg·ml~(-1),能测定带色水样。对四种水样进行了测定,其回收率在97.9~107%,取得了满意的结果。
Nitrite is a potential carcinogen that reacts with the secondary amines present in the body to form the cancer-inducing agent nitrosamine. At present, the standard method for the determination of nitrite photometric method, as well as extraction photometry, fluorescence and so on. Photometric method of low sensitivity, interference, the determination of colored water samples have some difficulties. The sensitivity of the fluorescence method is higher than the first two orders of magnitude, and the selectivity is better. In this paper, NO2 ~ - and o-aminophenol were diazotized in hydrochloric acid medium, coupled with resorcinol, and then with Ga ~ (3+) to form fluorescent substance, thus NO2 ~ - content. The method has high sensitivity and the detection limit can reach 0.004μg · ml ~ (-1). Four kinds of water samples were measured, the recovery rate of 97.9 ~ 107%, and achieved satisfactory results.
