11月25日至26日,按照河南省洛阳市纠风办、交通局、公安局联合下达的治超路查计划,市、县两级农村公路执法人员在新安县设立流动监测点,昼夜坚守,查处超限车辆,笔者全程跟踪采访了这次行动。昼夜坚守,大破“麻雀战术”从25日8时到26日18时,30余名执法人员先后在庙石公路、新寺公路和运煤专线设立流动监测点,查处违规超限车。据介绍,这几条线路均为新安县主要交通运输干道,其中运煤专线日平均大型车辆流量可达600辆。
