应用二维对比超声心动图对110例先天性心脏病伴有心内分流的病例进行了观察,紫绀型先天性心脏病的阳性率为100%,符合率为94%;非紫绀型先天性心脏病的阳性率为83%,符合率为75%。本文对各种类型先天性心脏病的二维超声心动图特点与声学造影的血流类型进行简要讨论。
Two-dimensional contrast echocardiography was used to observe 110 cases of congenital heart disease accompanied by cardiotomy. The positive rate of cyanotic congenital heart disease was 100%, with a coincidence rate of 94%. Non-cyanotic congenital heart disease The positive rate was 83%, with a rate of 75%. This article briefly discusses the two-dimensional echocardiographic features of various types of congenital heart disease and the blood flow patterns of acoustic contrast.
