认真搞好企业单位专业技术人员业务档案管理,才能为企业决策者提供准确、完整的信息。专业技术人员业务档案管理在现阶段和今后一个相当长的时期,无论对单位和个人都有不可替代的作用。目前企业单位专业技术人员业务档案管理普遍存在着管理制度不健全,管理人员知识结构不合理、缺乏创新意识等问题。本文就如何在新形势下搞好企业单位专业技术人员业务档案管理工作提出一些思路和想法。
