1997年3月18日,由北京师范大学庞丽娟教授主持的“更新教师观念与行为,促进幼儿社会性发展”课题组在北京召开了第一阶段研究成果总结会。庞丽婿教授于1996年初开始指导北京市六一幼儿院和北京市第五幼儿园进行课题研究。该课题的目标是提高教师素质,促使其教育观念的内化,并把教育观念自觉地转化为教育行为;促进幼儿社会性积极健康地发展,特别是同情心、责任感、自制力、社会性交往、自信心、独立性、克服困难挫折的勇气与能力的发展。该课题的第一阶段着重于幼儿同情心的培养。此次会议的主题是:美好的心灵创造美好的社会与未来。与会者就社会性培养的意义、
On March 18, 1997, the Task Force on Renewing Teachers’ Concepts and Behaviors in Promoting the Social Development of Infants and Children chaired by Professor Pang Lijuan of Beijing Normal University held a conclusion meeting of the first phase of research findings in Beijing.
