目的调查一起婚宴后出现多人腹痛、腹泻及呕吐事件,以查找病原和传播危险因素,为采取针对性防控措施提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法了解病例发病情况和可疑的传播途径,采集并检测井水、饮料、食物和肛拭子等有关标本。结果该婚宴发现35例患者,临床症状以恶心、呕吐、腹泻以及腹痛为主,自19日-22日每个餐次的食用人员均有发病,3例现症患者的肛拭子标本、井水和砧板涂抹液均检出阴沟肠杆菌阳性。结论本次疫情为一起由阴沟肠杆菌引起的食源细菌性中毒事故,致病菌来源为婚宴举办方的井水。
Objective To investigate the incidence of abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting after a wedding reception in order to find out the pathogen and disseminate the risk factors, so as to provide the basis for taking targeted prevention and control measures. Methods Epidemiological investigation methods were used to understand the incidence of cases and the suspicious routes of transmission. Collecting and testing well water, beverages, food and anal swabs and other related specimens. Results The wedding ban was found in 35 patients. The main clinical symptoms were nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. The incidence of eaters in every meal from the 19th to the 22nd was significant. The samples of three swabs, Enterobacter cloacae positive were detected in water and cutting board smear. Conclusion The outbreak was caused by a bacterial contamination of Enterobacter cloacae, and the source of pathogenic bacteria was well water from the organizers of wedding reception.
