记得有人说过,在企业搞技术时间比较长的人,性格都有一些古怪,不容易打交道。因此在见到源泰皮革有限公司总工程师柯国民之前,记者心里一直在打鼓。不过,所有这一切顾虑在柯国民总工程师走进他办公室那一刻时,就烟消云散了,整洁的工作服、可鞠的笑容、大方的招呼,一下把我们与他之间的距离缩短了不少。如果仅从外表上来看,真的很难相信眼前这位平易近人的毕业于西北轻工业学院的大师兄已过了不惑之年。短暂的寒暄之后,柯国民将自己与皮革技术工作的不解之缘向我们娓娓道来。
